Mandate: All community members need to have their final vaccination by August 2. This includes affiliates who are on campus one or more days per week and interacting with UMD students, faculty, or staff. Next week is the last week to receive your first dose of a two-dose vaccine series (Moderna or Pfizer) to ensure you have your final vaccination by August 2.
Vaccine Clinic on Campus: The University Health Center has Pfizer vaccine appointments available to all students, faculty and staff on July 7 and July 8, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Please log on to myUHC.umd.edu to make an appointment.
Confirm Your Vaccination Status/Request an Exemption: To confirm your vaccination status, go to return.umd.edu and click ‘Confirm Vaccination Status.’ Follow the process to verify your COVID-19 vaccine or to access forms to request a medical or religious exemption.
Check Your Compliance Status: Students, faculty, staff and affiliates can check to see if they are in compliance with campus requirements, including the vaccine requirement, by navigating to return.umd.edu and clicking ‘Check My Status.’
