Terrapin Leadership Institute (TLI) Registration Open

Terrapin Leadership Institute (TLI) Registration is now open!  TLI is a great opportunity to develop leadership knowledge and skills.  

The Fall TLI is a 5-week (consecutive) leadership development program building your leadership confidence and tangible skills that can be applied to everyday life. Over five weeks, you’ll participate in hands-on activities and critical dialogue with a small group of peers.


Join us online or in person! This Fall, explore leadership styles, ethics, identity, collaboration, and communication to develop a foundational knowledge of core leadership skills. Perfect for beginning and emerging leaders! These tracks engage participants in topics that cover individual inner leadership to help them develop a more complex understanding of the sequential nature of self leadership. Students registering can choose from one of two weekly meeting times to fit their schedule.  



[In Person] Fall TLI Track (5 weeks)
Topics: Leadership Styles, Values, Ethics, Identity, Collaboration, Communication

[Online] Social Change: Individual Leadership (5 weeks)
Topics: Social Change, Spheres of Influence, Leadership Styles, Identity, Values, Ethics, Commitment

No prior formal leadership experience necessary and great for a resume! Please review the 3 track options below:

 Tuesdays 5:00-6:30pm (in person)

Wednesdays 5:00pm-6:30pm (online)

Thursdays 5:30pm-7pm (in person)

 

*Tracks are subject to change based on registration and facilitator availability, participants will be placed within their indicated preferences*
