The 2022 CMNS Peer Mentor applications are now available. Get excited! This is an extensive and paid leadership opportunity for CMNS majors who:
- will have 45 credits by the end of spring 2022
- has 3.0 cumulative GPA
- are excited to mentor CMNS first-year students in UNIV100
- show a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- available to enroll in EDUC388 in both spring 2022 and fall 2022 semesters
- has a flexible schedule to the CMNS Peer Mentor time commitment (i.e., Peer Mentor office hours and TA hours in UNIV100)
- ready to build upon and grow their leadership skills

Selection Timeline
- Submit a complete CMNS Peer Mentor application [early December - late January]
- priority deadline - 1/16
- final deadline - 1/28
- Attend a CMNS Peer Mentor group interview [early February]
- if selected to move forward after review of your application
- Attend a CMNS Peer Mentor individual interview [mid February]
- if selected to move forward from group interviews
- Accept or decline position offer [late February]
- if selected for the position after individual interview
- Enroll in EDUC388 Peer Mentor course - required [late March]
