Research Program Coordinator at Johns Hopkins University
The Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Department at JHU is seeking a Research Program Coordinator who will be responsible for protocol implementation and providing support to the Principal Investigator in research-related activities to accomplish the goals of privately and publicly funded research projects and achieve the mission of the Division of Psychiatric Neuroimaging.
Duties and responsibilities include: research recruitment, protocol implentation, data management and analysis, publication/presentation/grant preparation support, and student support.
Minimum Qualifications (Mandatory):
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
- Some related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related field.
Special Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:
- Knowledge/experience in neuropsychological test administration, MRI scanning and analyses, and adhering to IRB protocols.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Ability to interact well with collaborators, study subjects and staff.
- Able to work both independently with modest direction and as part of a team.
- Reliability, flexibility, professional manner, and organizational skills are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and record keeping.
- Able to problem solve, prioritize responsibilities, and manage several priorities at once.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a high magnetic field strength environment, such as MRI facilities.
Starting Salary Range: $16.42 - $22.57/hr (commensurate with experience)
Employee group: Full Time
Schedule: M-F 8:30-5
