Our lab is hiring a technician! Contribute to the understanding of the social brain, using cichlid fish as models. Job entails management of genetically modified fish lines, support of ongoing projects through bench work and administration, and coordination of undergraduates. Great opportunity for a motivated scientist to learn & apply molecular genetic approaches to the study of social behavior in a fascinating model system. Scientific work has the potential to grow into an independent project. Our current tech is becoming a grad student in the lab, carrying forward a project they developed.
