WORKSHOP & PANEL FOR STEM STUDENTS, Hosted by UCC@CMNS
Applying to STEM-related graduate programs can look a bit different than applying to undergraduate programs! Many of our students have approached us with questions about where to start, and we are here to help. Our CMNS Faculty and Graduate Students are excited to share information on how to navigate the process and learn more about what to expect as you begin to explore graduate school options.
This event will feature a brief workshop from Dr. John Merck, who will present on how to navigate the graduate admissions process. Then, we will welcome a handful of STEM PhD candidates within CMNS who will share more information with you in a panel format, including the "dos and don'ts" for pursuing graduate school. This will allow you the chance to ask more in-depth questions. Our goal is to help you feel more confident in taking the next steps to research and apply to graduate programs.
