The Department of Communication will hold an information session about the undergraduate major in Communication. It is intended for undecided students who are looking to pursue an engaging B.A. program, as well as those interested in a double major.
The information session is scheduled to take place on
Wednesday, March 6, in Skinner 0104 from 1:00-1:50 pm.
Students will learn about the program admission requirements, core and elective classes, the areas of specialization (Media and Digital Communication, Public Relations, Communication and Public Advocacy, and Health and Science Communication), the diverse opportunities for internship in industry and government, the Honors program, and leadership and research paths. The diverse career opportunities will be presented as well.
