Applications are now open for the Underrepresented Minority Medical Student Scholarship.
It is designed to support and empower minority students who aspire to lead in osteopathic medicine, the amount is 5,000.
Who is eligible:
- A minority student (African American, Native American, Alaska Native or Native Hawaiian, mainland Puerto Rican or Hispanic American) as directed per the Sherry Arnstein Trust.
- Enrolled in your first-, second- or third-year at an AACOM member college of osteopathic medicine (COM), or have been accepted and are planning to matriculate at a COM.
- Not previously awarded an Arnstein Scholarship.
