Terrapin Teachers is hosting information sessions (with pizza) to provide details about scholarships that will provide financial assistance if you want to pursue a STEM teaching career.

Teaching Fellows for Maryland: For up to four years, receive 100% full tuition, fees, and room and board. The scholarship provides a stipend for off-campus housing; Service Obligation - teaching in a Maryland public school for two years.
Terrapin Teachers Noyce Scholarship: For undergraduates, receive $11,500 (tuition/fees) for up to two years; For graduate students, receive $23,000 for the one-year Master's Certification program; Service obligation- teaching in a high-needs school in Prince George's County, or in Maryland for two years, for every year you receive the scholarship. For example, if you receive the scholarship as an undergraduate for two years (junior/senior), you must teach in a high-need school in PGCPS or Maryland for four years.
