Student Essential Needs Support include: Financial instability, food insecurity, housing insecurity, transportation, hygiene needs, healthcare that supports mental and physical well-being, dependent care.

Essential Needs Support and Resources first step would be for a student to complete the Basic Needs Assistance Form
Economic Crisis Response Grants meets immediate short term needs such as medical emergencies, commuter students with car trouble etc. Committee meets Monday and Thursday to review the request, a decision is made immediately and funds are available in 5-7 business days.
Fostering Terp Success for students who are struggling with homelessness as well as those who have a history of involvement in foster care. Must be 24 years of age or younger due to federal requirements of grant money being used.
