Invitation to Submit Your Neuroscience Abstract for the USU 35th Annual Neuroscience Winter Symposium
We cordially invite neuroscience students to submit an abstract for the upcoming USU Winter Neuroscience Symposium, an event bringing together leading researchers, clinicians, and students in the field of neuroscience and for the first time, college undergraduates. This symposium aims to foster collaboration, share groundbreaking discoveries, and discuss future directions in neuroscience research.
The USU Winter Neuroscience Symposium will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2024, 3:00pm -5:00pm at the Uniformed Services University, 4301 Jones Bridge Road, Bethesda, MD. This year's symposium will feature poster sessions covering a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
Neurodegenerative Diseases
Brain Imaging and Connectomics
Developmental Neuroscience
Cognitive Neuroscience
Computational Neuroscience
Neuropharmacology
Abstract Submission Guidelines
We encourage submissions that present original research, innovative methodologies, or significant reviews in any area of neuroscience. Please adhere to the following guidelines for abstract submission:
Abstract Length: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
Formatting: Use a standard font (e.g., Arial, Times New Roman) with a font size of 12pt.
Content: The abstract should clearly state the research question, methods, results, and conclusions.
Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords relevant to your research.
Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by Thursday, November 20th at 5pm.
