This course introduces essential facilitation skills — including active listening, asking powerful questions, distinguishing dialogue from debate, setting community expectations, bridging identity-based differences, and navigating conflict. These tools are valuable in any field and prepare you for future leadership roles.
Students who complete the course are also eligible for paid facilitation opportunities with the Common Ground Dialogue Program.
