We are pleased to announce the availability of a Maryland Degree Completion Scholarship, designed to support eligible undergraduate degree-seeking and eligible undergraduate certificate program students who are close to completing their academic program and may be facing financial barriers to graduation.
This scholarship aims to help eligible undergraduate students persist and complete their programs by providing targeted financial assistance for remaining coursework. Funds may be used to support tuition, fees, housing, and food.
Eligibility highlights include:
- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree or eligible undergraduate certificate program
- Demonstrated financial need based on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Satisfactory academic progress
- Junior or senior status based on earned credits towards program completion, and have a maximum of two semesters remaining to complete the program
Eligible students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, as funding is limited and awards will be made on a rolling basis.
