Education Abroad will award approximately $1 million to students studying abroad in 2027, with new funding opportunities, increased individual awards and earlier scholarship decisions designed to make study abroad more accessible and support financial planning for students and families.
Earlier Scholarship Decisions Education Abroad scholarships are now awarded on a rolling basis, with the first notifications sent in early August. This gives students and families better clarity about available funding as they make decisions and financially plan for study abroad. Students are encouraged to apply early.
