Alternative Breaks Registration

What if you could change the way you see the world? What if it meant you could make a difference too? We encourage you to spend your spring break with Alternative Breaks, where students travel all over the country to immerse themselves in direct service and explore a wide range of social issues! This year, the challenges we are tackling include food and housing insecurity, environmental conservation, employment for people with disabilities, and support for refugee communities. To learn more about our nine trips and sign up to be a part of the movement, please direct them to stamp.umd.edu/AB. Registration closes on 1/17/27 and scholarships are available, but spots are filling up quickly. Don’t just take a break - take an Alternative Break!
