Interested in Becoming a More Confident Leader? Apply to the Terrapin Leadership Institute
Registration for the Fall 2021 Terrapin Leadership Institute (TLI) is open! This program consists of a five week-long leadership development program tasked to guide students across campus—through hands-on activities and critical dialogue—in discovering who they are as leaders and becoming confident with tangible leadership skills and strategies that can be applied to their everyday lives. The workshop is a low-commitment, high intensity series that is meant to accommodate the student's busy schedule. There is no cost to participate in TLI!
Sessions will take place starting the week of September 27th through October 25th. Participants will explore leadership styles, ethics, identity, collaboration, and communication to develop a foundational knowledge of core leadership skills. Perfect for beginning and emerging leaders! No prior formal leadership experience necessary. Students registering can choose from one of three weekly meeting times to fit their schedule. The deadline to register is September 22, 2021.
