Office of Student Conduct - Student Assistant Applications Open

Applications are now open for Student Assistant positions in the Office of Student Conduct Student for summer and fall 2022!

Our office is seeking motivated students interested in working on campus for the summer 2022 semester and beyond. The Student Assistant position is one that demands a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to retain information. Students in this role serve as the front line in the office and develop numerous transferable skills, including customer service and communication.

Student Assistant duties include:

a.       Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from students, staff members, faculty members, university officials, family members, and attorneys

b.      Greeting office visitors

c.       Completing background checks for current and former students

d.      Updating student cases (both academic and non-academic misconduct) in our online database

e.       Scheduling student meetings for staff members

f.       Assisting with case management by scanning, redacting, and updating documents

g.       Other duties as assigned**
