Become a student leadership facilitator! Maryland LEAD Facilitators, in the office of Leadership and Community Service Learning (LCSL), lead experiential learning activities, guide conversations, and synthesize group ideas, effectively shaping experiences for participants to develop their leadership knowledge and skills.
