The Role: Two (2) full-time Verification Specialist positions are open to support the Maryland Child Care Credential Program.
The Mission: Help improve the quality of child care by processing credential applications, providing customer service, and offering technical assistance to providers.
Location: Discovery District, University of Maryland, College Park.
Job Security: Positions are currently funded through June 30, 2027, with a strong likelihood of continuation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Development, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with office tools (Google Workspace, Apple iWork).
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish/English) and experience in early childhood education settings.
